All items in the Words of Courage shop are made to order. This means your item is produced after you place your order, rather than being held in stock.

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our print-on-demand fulfilment partner. Because items are made individually, please allow time for both production and delivery.

 

Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the product, destination, postal service, and any delays outside our control.

You will receive an order confirmation after placing your order. Where tracking is available, tracking details will be shared once your order has been dispatched.

 

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the items ordered and the delivery address.

 

Incorrect delivery details

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. We may not be able to amend an address once an order has gone into production or been dispatched.

Delayed or missing orders

Customs and import charges

For orders shipped outside the UK, customs fees, import duties, taxes or other charges may apply. These charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
