Cancellations and changes
Each item in the Words of Courage shop is made to order. This means we may not be able to cancel or amend an order once it has gone into production.
If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact us page. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfilment has started.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us if the item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item.
When contacting us, please include your order number and photos of the issue. If your claim is accepted, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns and exchanges
Because our items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, colour choice, or change of mind unless required by law.
Please check product details, sizing, colours and delivery information carefully before placing your order.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
